Refund policy

Return/Exchange:
Our policy lasts 14 days. All return/exchanges must be post marked within 14 days of your purchase date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately I cannot offer you a return/exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unworn and in the original condition including the packaging. You're also required to provide your original receipt and/or proof of purchase.

To return your product, send us an email: info@sollunastones.com with the subject "Return/Exchange" within 7 days of receipt. Upon approval, you'll be provided with the return address.

Once your return is received and inspected, you'll be sent an email notification that your returned item(s) has/have arrived. You'll also be notified of the approval or rejection of your item.
If you are approved, then your return/exchange will be processed and mailed to you within 7 days unless advised otherwise.

Sale/Custom Orders:
Only regular priced items may be returned/exchanged. Unfortunately, all sale items and custom orders are final. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will also incur a 2% restocking fee. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should strongly consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Warranty:

Should you break or damage your purchase, Solluna Stones will repair your item, free of charge, one time within one-hundred and eighty (180) days of your purchase. You will be responsible for your own shipping/handling costs. However, you MUST be aware that due to limited quantities and one-of-a-kind designs, you may not receive the exact design you originally purchased.

The goal is always to have happy customers. Solluna Stones features high quality products and service. No mass production is involved, each piece of jewelry is made to order at my studio in gorgeous North Atlanta. My stones and natural materials are specially selected; therefore, they're warranted to meet specifications and will be free from defects in workmanship at the point of delivery. I'm confident and guarantee that you'll absolutely love your Solluna Stones purchases.
